Qualification & Specialisms
Qualified and obtained a Masters degree from the European School of Osteopathy.
Experienced in the treatment of a range of musculoskeletal complaints, most commonly lower back pain, sciatica, hip pain, neck/shoulder pain and headaches.
Additional Qualifications: Visceral & Cranial Osteopathy, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, Medical Acupuncture & Paediatric Osteopathy.
My passion is treating mothers and babies. Using Pregnancy Massage and Osteopathic treatment with expectant mothers, I generally treat pelvic girdle pain (PGP), lower back pain, sciatica, neck/shoulder pain and headaches and a range of other common pregnancy related issues.
Hobbies & Interests
I have a love of, and have practised for many years the performing arts, (Drama, Classical Ballet and Music). My true interest, however, is being able to offer a service to the community, being part of the health care industry, and giving my time and energy to people in need. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering.

Qualified and obtained a Masters of Osteopathy degree from Leeds Beckett University.
Experienced in the treatment of a range of sports injuries and other conditions, most commonly ITB Syndrome, Jumper's Knee (Patellar Tendinopathy), Tennis Elbow/Golfers Elbow, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Plantar Fasciitis.
I am fortunate enough to have treated and helped a huge range of patients including: professional athletes, weekend warriors and those following major operations. Working alongside Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Sports and Rehab therapists and Massage Therapists has given me a broad insight into the most effective treatments when treating a wide range of conditions.

I am passionate about making a positive change in my patients' lives. I enjoy using an holistic approach, which looks at a patient's lifestyle, nutrition, posture, sleep, stress and level of activity.
Hobbies & Interests
From a young age I have always been very active. I spent several years playing rugby as well as athletics. In more recent years I have practiced yoga, running, cycling and weight training.
