Hobbies & Interests

Growing up there was always a Ayurvedic remedy for what I needed, which drove my interest in well-being and nutrition, and more recently female health issues/conditions. I enjoy practising yoga, meditation and mindfulness which allows me to create a more tailored treatment for those who suffer from increased stress and anxiety.
