We are recruiting physiotherapists for our clinics in Loughton, South Woodford, Epping and Chigwell. The role at a glance
Basis: self-employed associate. Location: in-person clinical work at an agreed BCO clinic. Days and hours: to be discussed according to your availability and clinic requirements. Start date: to be agreed. Remuneration: associate fee arrangements discussed directly with Ben; no fixed salary or guaranteed patient volume is advertised.
Your clinical work
Assess musculoskeletal presentations, agree meaningful goals with patients, develop individual treatment and exercise programmes, review progress and adapt rehabilitation to patients’ needs. Recognise when further investigation or onward referral is appropriate. Keep clear clinical records, obtain informed consent and involve patients in decisions about their care.
Who we are looking for
Current HCPC registration as a physiotherapist, appropriate professional indemnity insurance, and confidence in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation within your scope of practice. We value evidence-informed care, clear communication and exercise programmes patients can understand and follow. These are self-employed opportunities. We will discuss available sessions, fee arrangements and responsibilities before agreeing terms. You can enquire about one clinic or more than one location. Include the days and times you can offer so we can assess the fit with clinic availability.
